Return Policy
Alinea:Oenophilia is confident in the wines and experiences that we are bringing you. However, because wine by its nature is subject to change in the bottle over time, we cannot guarantee the quality or drinkability of any wine sold.
If you believe any item purchased on our website does not meet normal expectations, you may return it within 14 days of sale for credit of the purchase price and tax, excluding shipping charges, accompanied by a sales receipt. The credit may be applied to another purchase from Alinea:Oenophilia. You are responsible for all shipping and return packaging costs, and no credit will be provided until Alinea:Oenophilia has received the item intact with the receipt.
